The great high-performance gathering in the Americas

Presentation

The International Association of High Performance Centers (ASPC) is one of the most important networks dedicated to the development of high-performance sport worldwide. Through its Continental Forums, it connects coaches, athletes, managers, and institutional leaders around a shared mission: to drive athletic performance and support athletes toward their highest competitive level.

From October 6–8, 2026, Guatemala will host the ASPC American Continental Forum 2026, three days of reflection, exchange, and cooperation on the road to the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic Games.

Objective

To bring together professionals, high-performance centers, and sports leaders from across the Americas to reflect, debate, and share experiences on the challenges and opportunities that will shape the future of high-performance sport on the road to Los Angeles 2028, strengthening an American network capable of accelerating the exchange of knowledge across countries, institutions, and specialists.

Three days of conferences, panels, technical visits, and networking opportunities designed to connect the high-performance ecosystem across the Americas.

Tuesday, October 6 · Arrival and Welcome

Participant registration, credential distribution, and welcome reception.

Wednesday, October 7 · Mental Health, Athlete Development, and International Cooperation

Official opening ceremony, three thematic sessions, visit to CENAD and the Sports Museum, cocktail reception in Zone 4.

Thursday, October 8 · Applied Sciences, Technology & Innovation, and Event Legacy

Concurrent sessions (including the women’s leadership track), closing ceremony, tour of Cayala, and official gala dinner.

Friday, October 9 · Optional Tour

Tourist activity coordinated by an external agency (details coming soon).
